What is your favorite piece of furniture?

I don’t really have a favorite piece, but I like our more Transitional and Modern styles.

What is something you have learned since working at CDF?

If you have an item on your to-do list that is going to be hard to do or de-motivating, make sure to get that done and out of the way first so that you can clearly focus on the other items on your list.

What would you do if you didn’t have to work?

I would travel the world.

What are you passionate about?

Inspiring people to achieve greatness instead of accepting mediocrity.

People are your most valuable assets. Both customers and employees.

Taking awkward / embarrassing moments and making people laugh.

How do you stay inspired?

I love the quote “If you enjoy your job, you will never have to “work” a day in your life.” Helping people inspires me each and every day.

Good is the enemy of great. We continuously work on improving.

What would you do if you didn’t have to work?

Travel, but I would probably get bored if I wasn’t working.

If something is worth doing, it’s worth doing it right.

I have learned how to pay attention to detail while writing up orders.

What are things you enjoy?

Playing volleyball, hanging out with friends, riding horses and working with dogs.

I would love to go to New Zealand.

Get a good night’s sleep... It can do wonders for the perspective.

Focus on the issues at hand, it does no good to get upset with someone because you are stressed out.
